Joseph L. Almond is an Army veteran, author, speaker, and coach. He has more than 20 years of professional speaking experience, specializing in the area of Resiliency.He utilizes his expertise in Cross Cultural training, Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership and Transformation. Joseph provides customized keynotes, coaching and training programs to numerous clients from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies to non-profit organizations. Joseph has several years experience serving as the Lead Master Facilitator with an organization that provided a military to civilian transition workshop. This is a three week workshop where he strategically built the brand and influence of the organization, personally facilitating and coaching several hundred active duty service members, veterans and spouses throughout the Unted States. He is also a faculty member with The Honor Foundation which exclusively works with the US Navy Seals.
